Restaurant opening in a Restaurant Chef capacity.

Communication skill with guests & team.
Strong proved Training skills in all areas of kitchen operation.
Great attention to details.
Menu engineering, purchasing, inventory, PAR, food cost, general control.
Sanitation standards (and) COVID-19 protocol, rules and regulations.
Computer literate: POS, Microsoft application.
Ability to compute basic arithmetic, including percentages.
Culinary college degree or certification of culinary training or apprenticeship.
Driver’s license.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
