The Marketing Manager is a “Solo” position based at the home-office, directing and oversees all marketing activities company-wide, including management, financials, public relations and other critical related disciplines company-wide. This position reports directly to the CEO/Owner and is part of the home-office leadership team.
As a prerequisite, the candidate is a strategic, proactive professional who have a proven track record in achieving the targeted objectives in all areas of competitive midscale and upper-midscale markets for marketing. Candidate needs substantial revenue and budget management skills, have a creative flair for marketing, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate effective leadership. Prior experience in multi-unit upscale hotels/resorts is mandatory.
Education and Experience:
College Degree Graduate (4 years)
Minimum 5-7 years of upscale “Multi-Unit” Hotels/Resorts Marketing experience.
Knowledge of Michigan and South Florida markets, other states is a plus.
Travel at times out of state required.
Fluent in English, other languages is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, other applications, and property management systems.
Advance experience with budgeting, development and management.
Strong media Presentsation.
