11 Howard

11 Howard is an innovative hotel located in SoHo, at the crossroads of the Bowery, Chinatown and Little Italy. This storied area of Lower Manhattan is one of the borough’s last great domains.

11 Howard’s guiding principle, “conscious hospitality,” defines its fundamental character. We approach each aspect of the hotel, from design to location to amenities to our ultramodern brand of service, with awareness, purpose and thoughtful consideration.

With its very casual luxury, 11 Howard is the quintessential New York experience. When guests step inside, where minimalist design meets the grit and glamour of downtown, they know they are in New York. They want to be transformed by the city, and the streets of SoHo’s last authentic neighborhood are ripe for discovery, begging to be explored. 11 Howard’s conscious approach to hospitality promotes the reassuring nature of sameness, creating habits, routine, and comfort—but offset with surprise and adventure. In other words, 11 Howard provides a clean palette where visitors can write their own New York stories.

Along with conscious hospitality, we strive for conscious leadership. Our most rewarding asset is our team and what makes up 11 Howard. We thrive on the entrepreneurial spirit where creativity and experience collide. Our team thrives on collaboration, creating solutions for our guests, employees, owners, and community. Our passion is hospitality and delivering the best service for our internal and external guests.
