Responsibilities:

• Party Planning Prodigy: Coordinate and oversee all banquet events, ensuring every detail is perfect, from the napkin folds to the dance floor grooves.
• Guest Whisperer: Charm our guests with your impeccable service and dazzling smile. If you can make a bridezilla purr like a kitten, you're our kind of person.
• Crisis Averter: Handle last-minute changes with the grace of a ballroom dancer. Did the DJ cancel? No problem, you’ve got a killer playlist on standby.
• Team Captain: Lead our team of servers, bartenders, and event staff like a seasoned coach. Think Ted Lasso, but with more champagne.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous banquet or event management experience is a must. If you've ever orchestrated a flash mob, that's a bonus.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, a knack for multitasking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure (and maybe even crack a joke or two).
• Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and a natural-born entertainer. If you can make a room full of strangers feel like family, we want you.
