Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests faster than a seagull steals fries
Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and all things that can break (so everything)
Channel your inner detective to find the mystery leak, strange buzzing noise, or that "burnt popcorn" smell coming from nowhere
Become best friends with a ladder, because you'll be on it-a lot
Perform routine inspections, because apparently, "preventative maintenance" is a thing
Use your expert=level poker face when a guest insists their AC "just stopped working" (while it's still set to 55*F)
Be a team player-especially when it's 3am and things just got interesting

Requirements

Experience in fixing, repairing, or at least looking at broken things while nodding thoughtfully
Ability to carry heavy objects and an even heavier sense of humor
Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and why guests think the shower hot water is "too complicated"
Strong problem-solving skills and the patience of a saint (because yes, you did turn the breaker back on)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, beachy environment where the biggest crisis might be a guest demanding their margarita gets delivered to the maintenance office
