SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONThe Head of Marketing and Brand Partnerships plays a pivotal role in driving Lore Groups overall marketing strategy and brand development for the company. Based in London this senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and key brand partnerships that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all properties in the group.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPThe role will report directly to the Global Director of Sales, Marketing & PR. This is group position based at Lore’s hub office in central London. It’s expected that the individual will split their time accordingly visiting hotels and traveling regularly to meet the required business results expected.
PR
- Inclusion on hotel PR calls/meetings - sense checking strategy and working with the Regional Directors of Marketing
- Responsible for key press and journalists, maintaining relationships.
- Approving all hotel press releases & writing all group press releases
- Monitoring trends etc, looking for opportunities to stay ahead of them for coverage
- Working with the Regional Marketing Directors, oversee, appointment, brief and tender process for all/any new PR agencies
- Working with the Regional Marketing Directors, ensuring our agencies are giving us value for money and achieving the agreed annual KPI’s
- Participate on the GHA ( Global Hotel Alliance) PR committee, working closely with their team on opportunities for the group
- Ongoing, consider opportunities for Lore ‘group wide’ press as appropriate
- Responsible for entering all appropriate design awards with well thought our submissions
- Monitoring for speaking opportunities for Director of Design and other leadership team members
- Delivery and concept of Group wide press moment/s annually
- Managing all group crisis communication
BRAND PARTNERSHIPS
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with our partners
- Identify potential new brand partnerships for Lore Group.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with brand goals and KPI’S
- Monitor and analyse the performance of the partnerships, tracking ROI, PR value etc. and reporting back to key stakeholders
- Working with the Regional Marketing Directors, co-ordinate joint campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal operational teams to implement partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends for partnerships opportunities.
BRANDING
- Full branding, briefing, story etc for new concepts (bars, restaurants etc) or new hotels
- Oversight and sign off, briefing as required, of all new collateral, signage, brochures
- Design, look and feel of websites/new and existing
- Work with hotels on new collateral/signage as required
- Collaborate with Design team to develop compelling content and messaging, ensuring that it aligns with the company vision and values.
- Working with the People & Talent team on the employer brand internal/external.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
- Sign off all hotel/s newsletters & social calendar
- Write Lore Group quarterly newsletters, web, brochure copy etc
- Input on packages through partnerships with the hotels
- Responsible for Lore Group Social and LinkedIn
- Responsible for Lore Group website
- Launch plans for anything new – whether it’s suites, a bar, or a new hotel
- Copy for all new assets working with the local Marketing Director, web copy, brochure copy, room descriptions, positioning statements, etc.
PHOTOGRAPHY
- Book, manage and deliver all interior photoshoots for new hotels/space
- Responsible for selection of hero images etc.
- Input and advice across all group photoshoots, photographers, mood boards as required
Key Qualifications

Experience: 6 + years in marketing, brand development, and partnerships within the hospitality, travel, or related industries, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role

Skills: Strong understanding of content creation, social media strategy. Proven track record in brand partnership management and driving business growth through collaborations
