We’re looking for a talented individual to join our team at Hotel Burbank in Burbank, CA

If you have a passion for hospitality and a knack for organization, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Group Rooms Block Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing group reservations and ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with event planners and group leaders to secure room blocks
Manage rooming lists and make any necessary adjustments
Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure guest needs are met
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Assist with billing and invoicing for group reservations

Qualifications:

Prior experience in hospitality or event planning
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in hotel reservation systems
