What Awaits You

As a Group Sales Manager, you'll be at the heart of our team, generating and confirming group business from local and regional markets. You'll get to rub shoulders with a diverse clientele and be the linchpin for the execution of remarkable events. What’s more, you'll step into a supportive and lively team environment, reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Sales.

Your Week at a Glance

• Regularly scouting for new business to meet our outbound activity goals
• Traveling locally for sales visits, client entertainment, trade shows, and training
• Planning and executing site tours or client entertainment events
• Negotiating leads through the sales process up until signed agreement
• Developing relationships with clients, connecting with them during their on-site events
• Working closely with hotel management teams, event staff, coordinators, reservationists, front desk teams, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of all group bookings and events

Do You Have What It Takes?

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hospitality sales role, who is familiar with Sales CRM – TripleSeat experience is a bonus. You should have an in-depth understanding of multiple market segments and a knack for closing deals. Multi-unit sales experience will be an added advantage.
