The Junior Sous Chef will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen at DOGON Restaurant. They will work closely with the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef to ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality food, while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. The Junior Sous Chef is expected to demonstrate leadership abilities and contribute to the development and training of junior kitchen staff.
