Execute precise order-taking and efficient payment processing using the Point of Sale system
Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, continuously improving service techniques
Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to all company policies, food safety, and sanitation protocols

Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year of experience required in a fast-paced, high-end bar or luxury property, and/or substantial food and beverage experience in a high volume capacity
Operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale system an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, while working cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology techniques
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
