Job Overview:

Hawks Cay Resort, the premier destination in Duck Key, Florida, is seeking dedicated and service-oriented Restaurant Bussers to join our dynamic team. As we unveil an enhanced resort experience in January 2025, we are committed to delivering world-class hospitality through exceptional service. Bussers play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience by maintaining a clean and well-stocked dining environment while supporting the restaurant team in delivering outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up before and after each guest seating.
• Refill water glasses and support guest needs as directed by servers and restaurant leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist with carrying trays and food running as needed.
• Uphold Hawks Cay Resort’s service standards and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to create a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
