Groups & Events Executive

As a Groups & Events Executive, you will be the key point of contact for group bookings and event inquiries across both hotels. You’ll work closely with clients, ensuring that every event—whether it’s a corporate function, social gathering, or group stay—is flawlessly executed and exceeds expectations.

• Manage group bookings & events from inquiry to execution, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor events to their vision.

• Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, operations, front office) to ensure smooth event delivery.

• Handle contracts, proposals, and negotiations, ensuring revenue targets are met.

• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and agencies.

• Stay ahead of trends to enhance the events offering at both properties.

• Experience in events, group bookings, or hospitality sales (preferably in a hotel setting).

• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.

• A natural people person with a talent for building relationships.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Knowledge of event management systems and hotel booking platforms is a plus.
