Mavericks Roadhouse at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Seasonal Bartender to join our team. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a bartender, you will craft delicious beverages and provide exceptional service in a lively and welcoming atmosphere. This position will require open availability including weekends and holidays through September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events and functions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Open availability through September 2025
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
TABC and Food Handler certification is required.
