Join our dynamic team as a Public Areas Attendant at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa! In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the heart of our hotel’s cleanliness and guest satisfaction, ensuring every corner shines and every guest feels at home.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep all public areas spotless by cleaning mirrors, windows (inside and out), dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, emptying trash, and maintaining public restrooms.
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests regularly, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Physical Activity: Be prepared to push and pull moderate weights as part of your daily tasks.

Requirements

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Must have good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling a moderate amount of weight throughout the shift.
Must be comfortable standing, kneeling and walking for the duration of the shift.
Must have an open and flexible schedule that includes morning, afternoon, weekend and holiday availability.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
