• Prepare fresh ingredients and assist with mise en place for daily service.
• Learn and execute dishes according to recipes and high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with chefs and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

• Has a passion for cooking and is eager to learn from experienced chefs.
• Is flexible and available to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Can handle a fast-paced kitchen environment and work efficiently under pressure.
• Communicates clearly with the team and takes initiative in daily tasks.
