Are you passionate about maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Steward.

As a Steward at Kimpton de Witt hotel, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring the kitchen is clean, well maintained, and always organized.

• Keeping floors dry and clean to prevent slips and falls.

• Operating pot-washing machinery and maintaining a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.

• Adhering to all sanitation guidelines to uphold food safety standards.

• Collecting and removing trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of proper dishwashing and cleaning procedures.

• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness.

• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.

• Willingness to undertake general cleaning tasks and participate in 'deep cleaning' projects.

Salary for this position is on €2372,03 gross a month (excl. tips and allowances)
