We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Conference Services Manager. The Conference Services Manager will support all aspects of conference and event planning and execution, ensuring a seamless, successful and luxurious experience for our clients.

Essential Job Functions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure the highest quality service for our clients. 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their conference needs and objectives and provide customized solutions to meet their goals.
  • Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of conferences and events, including menu selection, catering details, audiovisual equipment, timelines, Group rooming lists and transportation.
  • Create and manage detailed budgets for conferences, ensuring adherence to financial goals. Maintain a current detailed account of groups performance both in sleeping rooms and food and beverage. 
  • Oversee on-site execution of conferences, providing support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Evaluate conference services performance and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experiences.
  • Create out-of-the box guest experiences and be a pivotal force in enhancing the hotel’s offerings.
Qualifications
  • At least two years event planning experience required. Hotel event experience recommended.
  • Basic knowledge of event planning systems including Social Tables, Delphi, Outlook, or similar programs recommended.
