Job Overview 

The Revenue Manager will implement selling strategies and inventory restrictions that capture the optimal revenue producing business for both Faena Hotel Miami Beach and Casa Faena. This position supports and advises the hotels leadership teams in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to the Revenue achievement. This position also works closely with the Sales Department on overall strategy for district’s position within their markets. 

Duties And Responsibilities 

• Assist to monitor Faena District’s group and transient business thresholds within the five-year forecast to ensure measurable financial improvements for demand and availability. Supply critical analysis on the effect of short range decisions effecting occupancy, average rate and rooms profit goals within the current 53-week period.
• Provide feedback on property revenue management strategies through attending morning rev max, weekly sales strategy meetings, property visits and ongoing collaborative conversation.
• Responsible for all daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
• Responsible for STR data submission.
• Responsible for Weekly 14 Day Forecast, with DORM’s oversight 
• Responsible for daily rate shopping and comp set rate analysis. 
• Responsible for cleaning inventory daily, ensuring all room types have sell through. 
• Responsible for loading and publishing rates, with DORM’s oversight. 
• Responsible for maintaining all rolling YTD reports. 
• Responsible for Sales Team production reporting for quarterly incentives. 
• Responsible for Account Production reporting. 
• Responsible for preparing the weekly revenue packet for Revenue Meeting.
• Assisting with all special projects that require revenue information: i.e. Board Meetings, Monthly Reporting to Ownership, Asset Management Reporting, etc. 
• Assisting on all other tasks/reporting that DORM requires 

Requirements 

• Minimum of 3 years of hotel revenue management experience
• Exceptional knowledge in tools: Excel, brand systems, Opera, Delphi preferred.
• College degree (BS/BA) preferred.
• Skilled in problem analysis, problem solving and decision making.
• Aptitude to perform numerical analysis of data and formulate conclusions and solutions.
• Driven leader vulnerable to others’ talents and able to use collaboration to achieve the best results.
• Flexible work hours based on business needs.
