Job Overview

Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms in accordance with Faena standards. Assist in allowing a sufficient quantity of vacant and clean guest rooms for sale.  Clean occupied guest rooms.

Duties And Responsibilities 

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.  Use equipment only as intended.
• Maintain positive guest and resident relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Clean and replenish guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards.
• Remove trash from rooms
• Organize and stock cleaning cart and organize linen closets on floors assigned.
• Complete accurately, and in a timely manner, any assigned work.
• Maintain cleanliness levels in all public areas of the hotel including guest hallways, housekeeping closets and Butler pantries.
• Report any defects to the corresponding areas responsible for correcting these defects.
