Job Overview
The Marketing Manager reports to the Communications Director and will work on managing the timely flow of the Faena District’s activities and efforts including digital marketing, advertising, social media and public relations for Faena District.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing on all communications related functions.
- Manage and distribution of monthly and quarterly reports to executive and corporate team members for the asset management team.
- Manage the bi-monthly events and programming document including working with operations together details on all events, programs and marketing initiatives and ensuring that all details are correctly communicated to the agencies and the public.
- Produce dynamic social media campaigns on the hotel's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc) and oversees responses to all online guest queries/complaints, media and influencer requests, as required.
- Works with advertising agencies to develop campaigns, as required.
- Ensures that hotel presence on all approved online distribution sites is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards. Includes supporting the E-Commerce and Revenue departments with OTA, meta, and luxury consortia profiles.
- Manages the hotel’s CRM database for direct marketing campaigns and ensures local creative is in synergy with Corporate directives.
- Direct and manage to plan, execute and monitor all print, digital and web campaigns.
- Direct and manage all PR messaging & communication among agencies and Faena team members, including media stays, press requests, campaigns, photoshoots, etc.
- Direct and oversee development of approved language, creative assets and photography for all Faena Miami Beach events and programming.
- Direct and manage internal hotel communications as it relates to upcoming events and updates for the District.
- Draft and manage all Sales & Marketing collateral and creative needs.
- Monitors activities of competitive hotels and industry trends.
- Participates in forecasting, budgeting and reporting for marketing and communications.

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing strategy/development (intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of SEO/SEM a plus)
- Advanced knowledge of all social media channels and scheduling tools
- Solid understanding of the creative process, with intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite programs
- Solid understanding of project management, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, run team meetings and allocate resources.
- Strong mentorship and team management skills
