OverviewWe are looking for a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our visitors and investors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and properly direct all clients and guests with a professional and friendly attitude. Be responsive to client’s needs upon arrival
- Assist the Office Manager in overseeing daily office operations and administrative functions
- Handle office correspondence including emails, mail, packages & deliveries, and distribute them appropriately
- Oversee office supply inventory, place orders, and restock as needed
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure office equipment is properly maintained
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager from time to time
- Opportunity to work directly with Senior Leadership Team
Qualifications / Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant administrative / office support experience
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Familiarity and fluency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to create and respond to emails from all audiences in a professional manner.
- Polite and professional phone and communication etiquette at all times.
- Must thrive being the face of the office, creating a welcoming environment
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- A friendly “nothing is beneath me” attitude
- Impeccable communication skills, organized, and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and has a sense of urgency
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
- Responsible and reliable, able to work independently at the front desk
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task, shift direction easily and prioritize
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 and $75,000.
