We are seeking a dedicated and polished Rooftop Pool Attendant to join our team, ensuring our rooftop maintains its reputation as a serene and elegant escape.

Job Summary

As a Rooftop Pool Attendant, you will be the face of hospitality for our rooftop space, combining attentiveness with impeccable service. Your role will include serving and bartending, ensuring guest comfort, and maintaining the organization and aesthetic of the pool area.

Responsibilities

Guest Services: Provide exceptional service, including taking food and beverage orders, delivering items promptly, and anticipating guest needs.
Bartending: Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and light fare while maintaining a well-stocked and clean bar area.
Pool Area Management: Arrange and maintain pool chairs, cabanas, and other seating areas to ensure a tidy, inviting atmosphere.
Cleanliness & Safety: Ensure the rooftop area is immaculate and complies with all health and safety standards. Regularly inspect the pool and surrounding areas for cleanliness and order.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the menu, daily specials, and hotel offerings to provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries confidently.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns with professionalism and ensure issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

Qualifications

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, poolside service, or bartending preferred.
Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and stand for extended periods.
Must be at least 21 years old (to serve alcohol).
