Description
General Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute between 50-100 weddings and additional catering events per season
-Conduct site visits, planning, and menu tasting sessions with clients. As well as walk-in clients in a gracious manner to ensure a positive impression
-Process all event orders, deposits, and final payments through Infogenesis systems
-Answer all phone calls, proposals, negotiation, and contracts according to departmental procedures
-Perform any other duties as assigned by the F&B management team
-Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A Bachelor's degree and previous experience in a luxury resort or hotel is preferred
