Description of the Role:

As a Bell Attendant at Arlo Chicago, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be assisting guests with their luggage and providing directions and recommendations. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Assist guests with their luggage and deliver it to their rooms
Provide guests with directions and recommendations for local attractions and amenities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell stand area
Handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally
Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure overall guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bell attendant or in a similar role is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Chicago and its attractions is a plus
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy luggage
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
