Hotel Skyler and Parkview Hotels are currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician. Our Maintenance Technicians are fun, energetic professionals with the ability to exceed expectations using excellent guest service skills and a great smile!

Responsibilities: 

• The ideal candidate will have previous basic working knowledge of: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and general Carpentry skills while conducting preventive maintenance of facility and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard free work area at all times.
• Have the ability to multi-task between on-going projects and daily work orders.
• Follow all maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Two years of Hotel Maintenance experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and accurately with guests and co-workers in order to complete daily work orders.
• Must have availability to include Days, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation as you will be traveling between both Hotels
