Pinetop Country Club is seeking a highly motivated, Merchandise manager that works well in a team environment and strives to meet above standards in all aspects of the operations. The Merchandise manager will work in tandem with the Professional Golf Staff to enhance the Member and Guest experience at Pinetop Country club.
Experience Required
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Education or its equivalent
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
- Reliable attendance
- Strong work ethic
Physical Requirements & Other Qualifications
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and standing for long periods of time
Computer skills with Jonas Point of Sale (POS) system and Microsoft applications
Ability to multi-task; answer phones, greet members and answer questions
Essential Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provides exceptional customer service by providing information in a professional manner
Assist with special orders for all members and guests
Assist with rotating stock, keeping displays clean and orderly and creating appealing displays
Assist with monthly inventory
Assist with receiving and pricing of merchandise
Check out members and guest purchases and other transactions
Assist with tee times in ForeTees and answering phone calls when needed
Perform related duties as assigned by the Head Golf professional and/or Merchandise Management Team
Acknowledge members and guests upon entrance into the Golf Shop
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings and occasional evening during events and holidays
