Responsibilities

Ability to greet and serve all guests in a professional, engaging and energetic manner
Learn and possess a proficient knowledge of hotel food and cocktail menus
Build professional relationships with all guests
Make suggestions for order choices
Learn and execute all food, alcohol and safety policies and laws.
Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested
