What You'll Do

As the General Manager, you'll be in charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring all aspects are running smoothly, efficiently, and profitability. But more than that, you'll be setting the standard for top-notch service and quality, making sure our guests' California dream stays are nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the daily operations and assignments of hotel staff
• Ensure all team members have the right tools and training to perform their duties
• Oversee departments from front office to housekeeping, ensuring all standards and goals are met
• Develop financial and operational plans that align with the company's objectives
• Engage with guests, owners, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure satisfaction, compliance, and positive relationships

What We're Looking For

We need someone who's got a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration, 4-6 years of management experience, and fluency in English. But beyond the technicalities, we want someone who can effectively communicate, motivate, and solve problems. Someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the action. And yes, you might have to work nights, weekends, and holidays - but that's all part of the adventure, right?

Physical Requirements

As a General Manager, you'll need to be able to move around the hotel, handle objects, products, and equipment, and use a keyboard to generate correspondence and reports.
