Here's What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation.
• Keeping the kitchen safe, clean, and sanitary at all times.
• Preparing a variety of cold items, salads, garnishes, and desserts.
• Working on the preparation of vegetables, fruits, proteins, and other foods for daily operations and banquet events.
• Ensuring daily shift closing checklists are completed before ending your shift.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure the best guest experience.
• Keeping the kitchen organized, and food products stored properly.
• Complying with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.

What You Bring to the Table

You’re a culinary whiz who’s passionate about food and always up for a challenge. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certified.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and both day and night shifts.

Think you’re the perfect fit but don't meet all the requirements? We'd still love to hear from you! Bilingual skills (English/Spanish), hotel experience, or a culinary degree are all great bonuses, but not strictly necessary.

Physical Necessities

• Ability to move and lift large items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, repetitive bending, and other physical activities.
