What Does the Role Involve?

As our General Manager, you'll be steering the ship, maximizing profitability and ensuring we maintain superior service and product quality. We're not just about the numbers, though; we're about creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and nurturing a positive and productive work environment for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring policies and procedures are communicated and enforced.
• Manage, train, and motivate our staff to provide the best service possible.
• Develop and implement financial and operational plans that align with our overall objectives.
• Interact with outside contacts to maintain guest satisfaction, handle vendor performance issues, and ensure safety and compliance matters.
• Play a key role in capital improvement decisions to enhance our brand loyalty and assets.

What Do You Need to Bring?

We are searching for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration (or equivalent), and four to six years of general management experience in high-level roles. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are non-negotiable.

You should have excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate others. Reading, writing, and basic math abilities will be utilized frequently, as will organizational and training abilities. You may also need to travel for workshops or conferences, and work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus!

Physical Requirements:

You'll need to be able to stand and move around our facilities, lift items weighing up to 25 pounds, use a keyboard, and handle objects, products, and equipment.
