We are now seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations across both properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Accurately review, process, and file supplier invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Vendor Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors, resolving payment issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Payment Runs: Prepare and process payments, ensuring all deadlines are met and approvals are obtained.

• Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements and the accounts payable ledger.

• Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports in line with company policy.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the wider finance team to support month-end closing, reporting, and audit requirements.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and other statutory requirements.

• Month End: Prepare and post month end journals including accruals and prepayments.
