As a Steward, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas, contributing to the seamless operation of one of Chicago's premier luxury hotels.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality or food service setting preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Knowledge of proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment, chemicals, and cleaning agents.
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of standing and walking.
Open availability is required for all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
