    •    Collaborate closely with hotel leadership to align sales strategies with business goals and market trends.

    •    Stay ahead of the curve by tracking market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback for continuous improvement.

    •    Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

    •    Mentor and support your sales team to achieve and exceed targets, creating a high-performing environment.
