•Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability

•Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and local businesses

•Collaborating with the management team to align sales strategies with business goals

•Tracking market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback for continuous improvement

•Representing the hotel at industry events to enhance visibility and generate leads

•Supporting and mentoring a small sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
