Key Responsibilities Of The Guest Services Attendant

• Engage with members / guests in a professional and enthusiastic manner at arrival and upon departure.
• Practice and promote name recognition.
• Assist members / guests with all pre and post round needs including; bag receiving / loading, cleaning golf clubs, and bag return.
• Prepare, operate, and maintain cart fleet per course. This includes club utility vehicles.
• Set-up, monitor, and take down the practice facility areas.
• Aid members / guests with any additional special requests.
• Assist with the set-up and execution of all golf tournaments and related events.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
• Attend mandatory golf meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Of The Guest Services Attendant

• One month related experience or training.

Other Qualifications

• Regular and reliable attendance.
