As the Sales Manager, you will partner with the Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plans that foster growth and maximize market share. Your expertise will be pivotal in building and nurturing strong client relationships, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service.

• Drive Revenue Growth: Support the Director of Sales in implementing effective strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction through regular communication and prompt resolution of inquiries.
• Collaborative Success: Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
• Negotiation Mastery: Utilize your negotiation skills and creative selling techniques to close business and secure contracts.
• On-the-Ground Engagement: Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to cultivate repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
• Business Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and refine the hotel’s business plan, providing insights on sales goals and strategies.
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to guide our marketing efforts.
• Compliance and Ethics: Uphold the highest ethical standards in all sales activities and maintain compliance with legal requirements.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in hotel sales or a related industry with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to high-quality service.

• Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
