Shift: Overnight (10 PM – 6 AM)

Position Overview:
As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity of the resort and providing superior guest service during the overnight hours. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle guest inquiries, and the capability to perform end-of-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit, balance and reconcile daily transactions (including room charges, cash payments, and credit card transactions).
• Perform check-ins and check-outs for late-night arrivals and early-morning departures
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Ensure the safety of the hotel, conducting routine checks and monitoring security systems.
• Prepare the front desk and common areas for the morning shift.
• Handle cash floats, ensuring accurate record-keeping and security.

Work Environment:

This job operates in professional office mostly at the front desk which involves mostly standing and short walks. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopies, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Guest Service Hotel Front Desk Experience Preferred
• Opera Experience Preferred
• Preferred hotel industry experience
