Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking a forward thinking hospitality professional to join the Corporate Operations Team as the Operations Systems Administrator. This position will build on their Front Desk and Hotel Operations experience to support the Corporate Operations & Guest Service(O&GS) Department by developing, producing, and analyzing routine/ad-hoc reporting for strategic planning. This individual will drive O&GS projects to: improve guest satisfaction scores & flow through, maintain the assets, and provide support for O&GS initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting including Forecast, Month End and tools such as Quore, Hotel Effectiveness, BirchStreet and Brand tools.
  • Assist in design and documentation of process workflows.
  • Work with department leadership on all processes, SOP’s and incorporating strategy designs.
  • Ensure property leadership's timely adherence to month end schedule.
  • Monitor, track and report service scores for portfolio.
  • Coordinate and track brand initiatives, standards & requirements.
  • Monitor, track and report on all brand compliance including QA results and action plans.
  • Create and maintain weekly meeting presentations.
  • Coordinate with all disciplines for meetings, reporting and communication.
  • Assist with development, standardization and accountability of department planners & project management tools.
  • Assist department leadership with Quarterly and Annual Incentive Reporting as required.
  • Support corporate office tasks including inventory, supplies, mail pick up/drop.
  • Coordinate owner portal quarterly access audit in partnership with IT.
  • Collaborate and compile month end deck with all disciplines to ensure timely delivery for owner review.
  • Create and proof all ownership decks, communication, and outlets.
  • Coordinate monthly P&L meetings with ownership, quarterly reviews and AOP presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for weekly revenue strategy sessions.
  • Summarize, track, and maintain Internal Audit results and action plans with due dates and tracking.
  • Produce and deliver P&L reporting as needed.

Requirements

  • Property-level Hotel Operations experience required
  • Management experience as Front Office Manager, highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, especially Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization Skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships.
  • 4-year college degree (Major in Business, Hotel Management or related field strongly preferred) or relevant work experience.
