Room attendant

Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the hotel's high standards.

• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and other amenities.

• Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, and other toiletries.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.

• Assist with laundry duties as needed.

• Ensure all rooms are serviced and ready for new guests in a timely manner.

• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.

• Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the housekeeping storage areas.

• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.

Salary: £28,215 + Service Charge
