Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.

One Hundred Shoreditch, a vibrant and stylish hotel in the heart of East London, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.

• Lead and mentor the front desk team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

• Ensure high standards of guest service are consistently delivered, handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.

• Monitor and manage room reservations, allocations, and front office systems.

• Support staff training and development to maintain excellent customer service standards.

• Assist with scheduling, performance management, and administrative duties as needed.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Salary: £34,938 p/a + service charge
