THE ROLE:

NoMI Kitchen at Park Hyatt Chicago is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary. You will be an ambassador of the NoMI brand, delivering personalized service and showcasing our diverse menu offerings.

Requirements

• Previous serving experience in a luxury restaurant or hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
• Food Handler Certificate and Basset Certification
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
