Cashier/Line Cook

$18-$20 an hour plus tips & Golf Discounts

The position involves cooking, cashiering, and serving. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are the most important qualifications.

Qualifications, Knowledge, And Skill Requirements

• 1+ years of cooking experience
• Experience in managing and upholding a safe working condition
• Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• Understands functions of Point of Sale (POS )/ Phone system
• Demonstrates Proper Cash Handling and turn-in standards
• Understands and demonstrates proper side work and cleanliness standards
• Demonstrates proper service sequence with guests and understands
• Understand dining room flow mechanics
• Understand reservations procedures
• Understand how to communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to take direction
