Key Responsibilities For The Teaching Professional

• Run private and group instruction for students of all skill levels.
• Designs and implements marketing ideas to promote golf instruction and bring in additional revenues to the club.
• Promotes all club golf activities including junior golf clinics.
• Coordinates and teaches clinics on weekly basis.
• Act as a liaison between Troon and the Club regarding golf school schedules, needs, and equipment.
• Assists in the creation of lesson plans.
• Monitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs and other expenses.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Minimum Qualifications Of The Teaching Professional

• Class A member of PGA/LPGA or currently working towards membership.
