About the role

Four Seasons at The Surf Club is seeking for a Restaurant Reservation Coordinator.

The Restaurant Reservation Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to Food and Beverage managers, supervisors, and culinary team. Assist F&B Managers in printing menus and deliverables for F&B operation, follow all Forbes standards.

Assist with service
Assist in seating of guests
Assist with the restaurant reservations
Be able to answer all calls/ emails in a timely manner

What you bring

Prior food service or logistic/coordinator experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage.
Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera and Open Tablepreferred/is a plus.

Schedule & Hours:

• Full Time (early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.)
