Food and Beverage Manager

Overview

As the Food and Beverage Manager at Austin Country Club, you will be at the helm of all operations related to dining, catering, special events, and event revenue generation. This role requires a hands-on approach and a flair for exceptional service delivery. You will be responsible for driving revenue, controlling costs, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest level of staff morale and professionalism.\

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
• Develop, implement, and assess menu offerings and pricing strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and train the food and beverage team to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with the executive chef to ensure the quality of food meets club standards.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and meet budget objectives.
• Leverage relationships with vendors and suppliers for the benefit of the club.
• Utilize reporting tools for revenue tracking, inventory management, and other KPIs.
• Manage and execute special events, including weddings, corporate functions, and club-sponsored events.
• Event Revenue Generation and Planning: Develop and implement strategies for maximizing event revenue, including upselling packages, special promotions, and effective floor plans. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to generate leads and close bookings.
