Key Responsibilities For The Outside Guest Services Supervisor

• Under the guidance of the Head Golf Professional, oversee the entire Outside Services Operation. Proactively manage daily workflow to maximize productivity
• Recruit, hire, and train Outside Services staff
• Oversee service, communication, upkeep, and presentation standards daily. Including but not limited to: Valet/Bag Drop Operations
  • Golf Cart Fleet
  • Golf Cart Staging Areas
  • Member Golf Bag Storage
  • Practice Facilities
  • Inventories and controls all member/guest supplies.
• Prepare golf cart fleet to a high standard of cleanliness following the standards of Troon Golf & Terravita Golf Clu
• Assists manager in communicating any changes or new policies and procedures to the department
• Maintain a clean & organized work area at all times
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Experience Required

• Should be career focused within the golf industry
• Future PGA Class A and Associates preferred
• Minimum 2 year work experience at a private golf club of similar size with similar service expectations
• Hospitality or service industry experience required
• Must be able to lead by example with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to direct the staff and ensure performance expectations are being met to TGC standards
