- Performs various secretarial duties for the department manager such as filing, answering phones and taking messages, and with other similar tasks.
- Performs clerical duties that may include typing, copying, composing routine correspondence and taking minutes at meetings.
- Distributes daily mail and maintains filing system.
- Creates and maintains dining reservations for the Membership
- Answers telephone and assist the general public with information about the department and/or facility.
- Prepares summaries and reports.
- Completes special projects and related duties as assigned by the department manager.
- Accurately posts all charges to guest’s bills.
- Checks all guests in and out of the Club based on established procedures
- Promotes activities and special events at the facilities.
- Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
- Answers guest questions and provides directions.
- Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.
- Assists with copying and message taking duties.
- Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
