Are you passionate about maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Steward. The Steward will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of dishware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, clean, and prepare dishware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen materials.

• Return all cleaned materials to their designated places for future use.

• Properly dispose of waste and ensure correct separation during disposal.

• Perform cleaning duties in the dishwashing area and kitchen(s) at the end of each shift.

• Undertake general cleaning tasks as assigned, including the 'deep clean' of hotel kitchens.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of proper dishwashing and cleaning procedures.

• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness.

• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.

• Willingness to undertake general cleaning tasks and participate in 'deep cleaning' projects.
