The Housekeeping department is responsible for the clean and tidy appearance of the guest rooms, public areas spaces, gardens, offices and the uniforms within Pulitzer Amsterdam.

The role of Housekeeping Coordinator plays a crucial role in the communication between the different departments. For this, knowledge of Opera and Knowcross are essential.

A good coordination contributes to a good guest experience.

Within this In this role, the Housekeeping Coordinator has a strong focus on managing an international team and therefore you need to have a strong understanding of different cultures and how to deal with them.

The responsibilities within this position are:

• Managing daily operations for the entire rooms team.
• Furthermore, the Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for filing lost and found items and performing spot-checks.

For this position, it is necessary to meet the following requirements:

• You are able to work different shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 hrs on weekdays and weekends.
• You are willing to assist within another departments in Pulitzer Amsterdam, if the business requires.
• Communicative: able to communicate in English
