Introducing Poza

L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is thrilled to debut Poza: Classic California poolside fare reimagined, featuring Pacific Rim influences with the highest quality sourced regional produce and seafood. Our “liquid kitchen” will craft a curated roster of refreshing cocktails and spritzes. Beverages will also include select wines by the glass and popular beers—including some of LA’s finest.

Position Overview

As a Dishwasher at Poza, rooftop pool, restaurant and bar, you are a foundational part of the culinary team. Your role ensures the smooth operation of the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchenware, cookware, and equipment. Your attention to detail, reliability, and pride in your work contribute directly to the exceptional guest experience that defines Poza and L’Ermitage Beverly Hills.

Key Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure cleanliness of dish stations, kitchen floors, walls, and equipment
Properly handle and store all cleaning supplies and chemicals
Assist with trash and recycling removal in accordance with health and safety standards
Support the culinary team with prep and deep cleaning tasks as needed
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures in compliance with local regulations and hotel standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with great attention to detail
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Food Handler certification required (or must be obtained upon hire)
